Frequency for small commercial

So a Dr. Office, Real Estate office, law firm things like this. What frequency do you quote and how do you break it down? Yes they may tell you the frequency they are after but it is also our jobs to upsell as much as we can. I am having problems quoting things for outside & inside with different price options while keeping it from being confusing on the customer factor.

As an example I could quote quarterly In/Out, Every 6 months In/Out (not the maximum profit for me). Insides 2 times a year and out every other month, Insides quarterly and outsides Monthly. If you do all of these it is way to many numbers to digest and confusing to the customer. How do you break it down to give them options without so much conufusion with numbers and still maximizing the frequency for your benefit.

Just give them 2 options. The one they ask for an one more with a more frequent cleaning
So if they ask for once a month give them the once a month pricing an say here is 2x a month if your interested in that
If they ask for quarterly give them a Bi-monthly Option
Annually them give them a 2x a year option.

The more they clean the cheaper I go, but still has to be worth it for me to go there so I don’t to crazy.
Keep it simple ! Ekntines inwuld just get them as a customer first., then down the road they might just increase cleaning at the same price as your doing.

You really need to stick to a week type schedule. For commercial, I usually quote it every 4 weeks. If they don’t want it that often, then every 8 weeks. By doing 2, 4, and 8 weeks, it’s easy to build a route and jobs won’t hop around your schedule.

Most commercial will go every 4 or 8 weeks. Larger commercial might want it quarterly or twice a year.

I’d just give them a quote of say $250 in/out (or $125 outside only) every 4 weeks. If they don’t need it that often, then it’s the same price except every 8 weeks. If it’s quarterly, then I might increase the price a little bit. If I can get them outside only every 4 and then in/out every 8 then that’s fantastic. Just create two jobs in customer factor space them each 8 weeks apart and it’ll make your life easier.

If we’re talking under 50 dollars per visit, then we give them two options, every two weeks and every four weeks.
