Hello, all you wounderful friendly window cleaners out there. My name is Garrett and I just started my business. Give me all the advice you can.
Have high prices
Build your business as if you were making a franchise or selling it (even if you never plan to) and price the jobs as though you had to pay someone else to do them. Designing a business like you were building a franchise forces you to systemize everything. Pricing as though you had to pay someone else to do the job and still make money will build a business that is worth something. If you couldn’t pay someone a fair wage to do the job and still make money, than you are just working for wages.
Jesse you said this better than I have heard it said before. Not sure why but a light bulb just went on over my head. Thank you.
Thank you Brian. I owe you a round of golf.
