Great idea - Do you mean they are serving as “receptionist” handling your inbound calls, answering questions, etc.? Or are they making cold call solicitations for wc business, or both?

I suspect it is much more cost effective than having an employee. How difficult providing training for the call center staff to be able to speak to the specifics of wc and your business?
