Just wanted to know what everyones thoughts are regarding Go Daddy. I want to build a website with them.
I use them to buy all my domain names, but never built a site through them. You can use other programs and then upload the content to them.
We purchase our domains through them but build elsewhere

Ditto here…they host my domain also.

I was a little frustrated with them in the very beginning. But when I look back, I blame my own ignorance.
And it’s A LOT more user friendly as of late.
i built our first site years ago with them and they built our current site because i didnt have time to do it. been with them for a few years. always happy with them and recommend using them.
Igreatly appreciate the insight. Sometimes that’s all you need before you move forward. Some guys out here think everything is a secret and if you don’t figure it out yourself then you might as well close up shop.
We bought our domain through them, however, we use webhostinghub.com for our website hosting. GoDaddy gives only one free email address and charges monthly fee for every extra email address with your domain. So, if that an issue, you might want to check out other web hosting companies that provide free email addresses with your domain.
I have several websites hosted on their share hosting, it works out ok since most of my sites are low trafficed and dont use up much resources which I assume all of our websites dont require much bandwidth or hd space.
I have a site with them. It was originally was called Website Tonight, but I think it’s changed now. I’m not very smart with this sort of thing so I find it tough to understand. I gotta get to the site and figure out how to update that thing. One of these days…
