You may be confusing voter fraud (registration) and election fraud (votes.)
There are arguments that voter discouragement (requiring ID at polls, understaffing polls, etc.) is a prevalent issue.
I don’t understand this statement.
In California, the 58 individual counties’ Registrars of Voters are responsible for counting votes (under the Secretary of State’s office.)
okay i did some research on the electoral college and read a few commentaies against it and some who are for it…I was basing my opinon from my years at school. all 6 of them.
My overal position has been changed.
I’m against it. For many reasons I don’t wish to list. cause I dont want to type anymore. 
I voted today. For the first time in my life. Its a good feeling.
Now I feel I actually have the right to bitch and complain.

YEAH, I’ll be doing that for the next 4 years…better watch out, this website is gonna be taxed soon so people can stay home and collect larger well fair checks.
