Already have #1 & #2/6 from this property management company. Completed both this year, 3rd time. Customer owns 4 other courses in Jersey, 2 in NY and 1 in FLA. I was not asked about the gig in FLA, but I hinted I would not be passed cleaning it if the price is right. Anyway took a look at the 1st place of the 6 they want quotes for. #7 on. Great thing is the guy who hired me 3 years ago has been promoted to “National Operations Manager”. After I cleaned the log cabin this year we BS’d at the bar for 2 hours drinking J&D.

Nice work! Im in Florida and this summer I will be up in jersey. Im from Howell/ brick area. I will be up there to canvas out the area for accounts for a friend of mine. What a small world! I will be staying in Long Branch.
