Yes and it works well. People are more apt to hustle when they know that they are being tracked.

i make my kid take one of my cell phones when hes out so that he knows that he thinks im watching where he is. i just use google latitude, it comes free on android phones. its not the greatest app but it works ok.
maybe if you made a deal like they get paid min wage to distribute flyers, write their name on the flyer or something that would have the cust mention his name, and for every cust that books from a flyer with their name the get commision, bonus, or some other incentive
