I have about 7-10 windows that got spray painted last night or over the weekend. What would you use to remove it? Will a scraper take it off?
Paint is a breeze to remove, especially if it’s fresh. Just grab a 6inch scraper, wet the glass beforehand, and clean again afterwards.
I was just thinking incase a scraper didn’t work, what would my other options be.
Goo Gone and a white pad…mineral spirits…there are a lot of paint removers out there…JUST don’t damage the siding or walls around it.
That stuff will come off with a finger nail when its wet. Use a scraper, for sure.
Yea, it came off with a scraper but it wasn’t easy. Took about an hour.

That’s not too bad. It is really the best option IMO, if the glass can take it(FD, film, vinyl) Sorry about the fingernail comment…
BTW, you used a brand new 6" blade and changed sides/blades as needed? I know it seems like an insulting question, but a brand new sharp blade makes all the difference.
I personally didn’t do it. I had an employee do it. He used 1 blade on it.
