Just got off the phone with my UPS account rep and do have good news!

In the past our Canadian customers have had to pay high and sometimes outrageous brokerage fees when claiming window cleaning supplies from customs. From now on any order under $250 shipping to a residential address will only be subject to a flat $10 brokerage fee. That will add up to huge savings as you order more supplies through WCR.

We value our Canadian customers the same as our US customers and I hope this will make ordering from your favorite supplier that much easier.

Hey I cant thank you enough for having this site up and running. THe info I have learned on here is amazing. I also just bought the galssrenu system. How long for delivery and brokerage to Canada?

I do not know how much brokerage will cost. Thats completely up to Canada and UPS.

Hey Alex, Is that deal still running, I got charge 25.45 of brokerage fee last week. Do you have a paper or something I need to show them?
