Several years ago we bought eagle wash surface cleaners. Still running strong!
They clean really well. Well…not like a turbo nozzle point-blank into the concrete…but. Its the kind that hovers and has no wheels. These things have been extremely reliable for us.
We may buy another one of the same brand, but I wanted to ask if there was any brands or kinds of surface cleaners you guys would avoid or would strongly suggest purchasing.
I’ve got a BE whirl-a-way and it’s done me right. I bought it on ebay for under $300. I have a friend whose had problems with his when he uses hot water though.
If you have decent GPM output, buy a 24’’ Ground Force. These are made by Whisper Wash. The expensive part of a surface cleaner is the spinning union, these are re-buildable on the ground force, should it ever stop working. They operate fine with hot water. Avoid anything northern tool has, unless it’s the General Pump “hammerhead”. I bought several of the hammerheads as backups just because they were cheap, but they’re not built like the ground force.
