Guranteed Residential Income

Okay, have you guys and girls heard of the gas, walmart, restuarant certificates, they are an incentive program whereby a person spends a minimum of $100 a month at lets say… Phillips Gas Station, sends in their receipts and every month receive $25 back.

Personally I have gas certificates valued at $600 so rebates of $25 its good for 2 years. If you look on ebay under gas or food certificates your see what I’m talking about and the beauty of this THEY WORK as I tested them out on myself first. I use one of the gas certificates for my truck and every month (give or take) I receive $25 back in the mail once I mail in my $100 a month in gas receipts.

I use them on my estimate sheets and marketing postcards, door hangers etc and believe me they work! Have only recently started to use them to promote window cleaning so will see how well they do. Personally I use them when they have an exterior and exterior job which in my book are well worth the cost, each certificate costs approximately $12 to bring in a job $400 up to $2,000

So it’s a certificate for $25.00 worth of gas, and you get one every time you spend $100 dollars on gas?

Correct, you sign up with the certificate online and print off the 24 monthly sheets ($600) and every month send in copies of your receipts from a choosen gas station and a few weeks later they send you a visa for $25 to spend anywhere you want. I use it myself so works. They want you to shop at ONE place. Choose the gas station your most likely to purchase your gas from each time you fill up and get some money back, hence why I think this will really work on my flyers for helping to pull in residential jobs, especially if I can also show them one of the visa cards I have received from them if they need proof.

You get $25 back up to the value of the certificate you have for x amount of months. Buy one for $300 and your get a rebate for the next 12 months etc

It would seem that people would not be interested in a multi-step
process like this, but who knows
