The roof check was looked at in the areas of trees and they were full. The rest had a half inch thick of dry dirt. I cleaned the windows a few weeks ago and asked them to clean the gutters first and they said “this is what works best for us”.
This will be the first time cleaning the gutters after the windows

$1 to $3 per foot depending on height. sorry, just like glass, the higher I have to go, the more it $$$
$1.26 per foot for cleaning second story gutters plus snaking downspouts. Without the visible canopy of tree cover for debris to accumulate it may be just inspect, clean spots here and there, check flow through downspouts, done. If there actually is debris and downspouts needing to be cleared (snaked) then way more work - seems dirt cheap. :-/

You just dropped your price $50. Curious as to how you price gutters?
I was going to type more but passed out from Cali weather.
The reason for a $50 drop is I’m putting together a package deal for them and they already like the sound of it.
The total comes out to $2,995.00 for two cleanings per year for gutters and once per year for windows. The price for gutters is $1.20 per foot for this package deal. Basically per 6 months will be a check in hand to spend a few hours on the gutters to make sure they’re flowing.
