Here are a few pics from an installation on half round copper gutters.
I had no idea you could install the rain flow on copper gutters. I turned down about 2000 lineal feet of it on ONE job alone because I didnt think I could install it on copper. How exactly did you do it with those zip ties? Did you charge more than your normal price because of it?
Anyone with experience know if caulking it in will keep it good durring high winds?
There are no zip ties. Yes, charge more than the normal price. I underpriced this one to be sure to get the job but I still made money on it.
The bad part is that you have to buy the half-round by the 300 foot case. I only had to use 5 or 6 pieces out of the second case.
That hurt.
We had some major thunderstorms with gusts up to 35 mph after I put it in and I haven’t received any calls yet about it coming out. We’ll see what hurricane season brings.
So you’ve got rougly 280 feet of this half round RainFlow left over?
Something like that.
I need to see exactly how much.
where did you get it? and whats the cost per case?
I got it from WCR.
