It appears that “Eric Bland” is a hands-off topic. But the reality is that it did show how NOT to conduct Customer Service.
Be judicious in who you follow on Youtube or in general.
- Nobody is perfect and the customer gets to benefit from how you treat that opportunity.
- Always stay professional even when the customer isn’t; your next customer may be watching how you handle it.
- Honesty comes after diplomacy.
