Hi just wondering if anyone has dealt with this contractor who sub’s out work to window cleaning company, etc.? Just wondering if they are legit? reliable in paying sub-contractors?

Never heard of them. Maybe Bruce Ferguson has. For the most part we don’t sub for other companies. If you do make sure your terms for getting paid are crystal clear, what the penalty is for not being paid according to your terms, agreed upon, and get it in writing. This can save you a lot of potential headaches down the road. Speaking from experience here.

Have accounts in elsinore &Temecula as well in Sandiego and Orange county .
We have quite a few employees so we cover a lot of ground.
