Have you advertised in the theater?

My wife and I were sitting in the movies the other day. The pre show was running and they had a handful of ads for local businesses. I recognized 5 out of the 10 companies. So I called the movie theater and got more info on it. This specific theater brings in 16,000-20,000 viewers per week. They charge $400 a week to run your ad and its industry specific. So they wouldn’t have another company like ours running. This ad would run literay right before the movie started so they said 70% of people would be seated.

Has anyone tried this? Seems pricey

I have with not a single call from the theater. Mine is only $40 a month but still I could use that elsewhere.

But honestly, if you taped your business card to a balloon, and set it free…

• then waited for it to fall back to Earth.
  You would probably get just as many calls.
