My name is Jason. I am now starting a window cleaning bus. that I am adding to the commercial cleaning I have been doing. A little history of me I have been self employed for 15 plus years. I have had two companys that did well. Due to the construction market crash. I have lost everything, house, company and put my family in a real tough spot. I needed to fix our income and find a solution to the economic cruch. My youngest daughter also got a form of staff called MRSA, which has added to our bills which has been a real challenge. My wife also started working and has been very helpful.
So I started thinking what can I do with a small investment and grow. I had spoken to a laborer that worked for me and he was cleaning and doing window. So I looked into costs and worked some jobs to get equipment. I started going to online forums and when I drove around I would see other guys doing the same I would watch and learn and ask a few questions. I am getting some post cards and setting up a DBA to be official and ready to take on the business. I most say that the times I have gone to meet customers it is a real refreshing change not to go over what I will do for hours upon hours as with the other company I had so far I am getting jobs and my pitch is 5 min. I spend no more than 10 mins. trying to close a job I love that.

I also do some construction, although the market has pretty well dried up & most are working for peanuts. I still keep my hand in for the odd job, especially when it decides to rain for a month.
