Hello,
I could use a hand with a bid for a post construction clean on a new four story hotel. 235 total panes in and out. A lift will be available. I have always been a one man show, but will have one person to help for at least most of the job.
There is almost no competition in my area, and the builder is trying to keep his hired help local, so I am not too concerned with being outbid (and if I do get outbid, oh well), I mostly want to make it worth my time for the money.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
