I didn’t realize it was only once a year on the inside. I think I would charge $6-8 pane then because in my mind it is commercial timeframes but store front traffic so they will be very dirty each time, and all that stuff you have to work around really brings up the price. At that frequency I may skip the pad and go straight to squeegee, but that depends on how dirty they are.
