I learned alot from them. But learned more after I left. They have high turnover in washers and management.

I wish there had been all the training that is available today back when I started doing rope work. I started with the Genie 2 line system and moved into the rappel racks. When I bought my first mule from Fitch, I thought we were ready to tackle anything

Yeah, it was pretty much trial n error- minus the error.
I’m thinking the ‘error’ portion became a basis for the training curriculum.
