I’ve owned a window cleaning company for 3 years now.
I recently got asked to quote some high rise buildings.
The smaller ones are around 15 floors, and the biggest one is 60.
My question to you guys is how you quote these buildings. Is it per drop, per hour, per window, SqFt, etc?
Also, how do you pay your guys and how much?
