I’m bidding on a building 46 story high. really high end building ($50 million for an apartment 
). it’s all glass balconies, using ropes, 2 people team will take us about 20 days to finish, I want to sent a price $32000, figure out $100 per hour per person 8 hours a day times 20 days…any suggestions???
There is really not much I can say without seeing the building itself but you are going about the bid process the correct way. Break it down to how long you think it will take and multiply that by your hourly rate. Sounds like a nice place.
