Hinowa Light lift review?

Anyone here used any of the Hinowa Light Lifts (spider lift)? Your thoughts? Reliability, real world utility? Thanks.

Will there be one at Tony’s 3rd Annual Midwest Window Cleaning Conference?

I have had one in use now for three months daily . it has not played up once. once you have learned all its fetures it is a nice peice of equipment to add to our rang of lifts. ideal insides theres a picture of one on my profile

Nice setup! Is that a Hinowa Light Lift? It looks like a Spyder crane conversion.

there are quite a few models made by Hinowa. the one in the picture is the single spyder made by Hinowa. the next up is the tracked light lift. that has the knuckle boom on it and the third range are the ride on positioning. all go throw standard double doors and are well worth learning

Thanks! Did u buy, or are u renting?

at $98.000 for the spyder and $7.000 for the basket I rent. the bigger versions are even more expensive. I also think the maintance will be expencive on one. there are so many safety systems. that have to be checked. as if they cut out they stop the machine. just to give you a bit more information. There are three seperate systems you have to operate and switch from one to the next. first is the tracking system nothing else will work. then you have to switch to the legs. and lift the body up. then when level, you switch to boom operations then remote ops. all this time a stupid voice is talking to you telling you what you are doing till you find the overide switch. after a few hours of swearing you find its easy to operate and an nice peice of equipmentt

Daily maintenance?

oils and hydrolics. nil used in six weeks gas evry two hours to a tank full if on gas or propane 8 hours
