Home made screen washer

right on man ! I think its awesome ! was looking to build my own this spring as well. You can build something that will be just as good or even better than the “bought” one.

Fax? Where do you live, the 1980’s? Sheesh.

It’s all about bluetooth. Also using super capacitors for charging. Charge it for 60 seconds and it’ll do 200 screens.

Version 3 will have a selfie stick attached to it so you can take a selfie while washing screens.

Clever…I like DIY stuff…put it up on youtube…

adding weight will do little to increase stabilty but much to increase…well weight :frowning:
you need fold out legs.

Your so right, Alex! I used to spend too many hours obsessing and tinkering with tools/equipment, but I did it because I loved it and I had the time. Now I lack time, and I’m more willing to spend the money.

Dude, that is my current DIY project. Ok, what brushes are you using? Cuz I had the idea of using pool brushes but I don’t know if that’s abrasive enough/too abrasive

they’re just push brooms

ah, interesting, let me know how those work out

I think it looks like it should be really handy and will work great Kudos on a great job. I’m going to make myself one at some point but was thinking more of a vertical design for the brush heads because maybe it would get less water all all over myself.

This is true for sure, I built my washer and I have a 55 gal trash bag weighted with washers that drops down in front. I also wear a butchers apron and I still get soaked.
Oh well it’s usually hot anyway.
