Man this was amazing…you guys talk about everything i’m thinking. Really good info and motivational. Last night I listened to first 13 minutes and then shut it off and went to bed with a promise to myself I would get into the office early, get my “old” customer emails gathered up and email blast them.
So I did just that with mailchimp… I emailed 122 of my old customers I have lost touch with. After I was done my first job, I was nervous to refresh my iphone for new emails… ding ding ding ding ding… 12 responses within first 3 hours. I have had 19 responses so far and it has not even been 24 hours. These responses range from “fit me in wherever you can on your schedule” to “what is your updated pricing”.
Funny you mention you started with a cavalier Josh! In 2011 I started my business with my 2 door z24 cavalier with a ladder on top and passenger seat removed to fit di tank and wfp. Girl friend had to sit in the back seat when we went out haha good times!
