Anything would help and I also assume 2x the annual that each one brings in…Thanks
You want to sell a list of residential clients?
Have you approached any local companies yet?
Can you explain your assumption, please?
No residentials just mainly store front accounts
What’s the average length of time you’ve serviced them?
Are they profitable?
What about your assumption – what does it mean?
I think selling customers is tricky, you know how much are they worth because you know them, buyer has no idea and will try to bargain.
I’m in the process (about to start actually) to sell my whole business with customer and equipment and I’m expecting a rough time, I only have around 6 months to sell it and I know I’m giving the buyer an excellent deal, but I’ve being doing the work for 3 years and kknow everything about My company, buyer will assume it might not be such a great deal, so even if the real value is there it really depends who’s watching
I have always heard that you base it on 3 months gross revenue, not 2yrs!
New buyer will loose customers just because it is a new company, or owner.
good luck
