I have tried several media to hire a window cleaner. I need ideas of how ya’ll advertise or go about hiring.
As you know, we do inside large homes. I need an honest, well groomed employee representing my company.
We do extensive background checks and random drug testing on all employees, but this is only a guidline to hiring.
Please let me know ideas and how you interview or advertise and media you use to hire window cleaners.

what methods have you used to hire other employees?
I always like college kids personally. usually have a decent head on their shoulders, and i can pay them $ that they probably have never made before, which gives them incentive to stay around.
I have a few ideas, but id like to hear what you’ve tried if you don’t mind sharing
I know a church I used to attend had a job / work / business networking group. I’ve thought about using a group like that when I start to build and look for honest people.

Don’t always assume that because they are part of a church they will be honest people.
So far the best source I have found have been professionals such as firefighter,police officers,nurses,teachers and such
that work 3-4 days on and 3-4 days off type work schedule, teachers are great since they have the summers off.
