How do you get started in the window cleaning business? I’m new and want to know how to succeed in this industry.

The best thing you can do is read as much as possible here. Ask lots of very specific questions as well. The more specific the better answer you shall receive.

Asking how to succeed is like asking how to be happy. There are hundreds of ways. First thing is to decide to never quit. Just keep at it till you make it.

Read everything you can here! I have spent hours and hours and hours reading and I still learn something new every day.
Buy a starter kit from the store here at WCR and start cleaning your own windows, neighbors, friends, family just to get some practice.
Get some business cards printed and hand them to anyone who will take them.
That should get you started. Also, remember craigslist ads are free! Might or might not get some business from there but it is worth a shot.
You don’t have to know anything about anything just get a squirt bottle and some paper towels. Likity split your making big money!
Make the ‘search’ your best friend.
