How exactly do you remove things like that? Does normal soap and water work okay?
If it’s actual graffiti like spray paint, there are graffiti removal chemicals. But honestly, not worth the effort. Spray paint left on even for just a few days ruins the glass. You’ll get the color off but the paint will have eaten through the top layers of glass.
If the paint has etched the glass (or if acid was used to tag the window) you will need to resurface (grind and polish) the damaged area. This can be done using any scratch removal system (I prefer the GlassRenu system) to remove the damage.
