That is basically what I did. I bought one of those landscaping carts with the bicycle-type wheels. I mounted a 10" swivel caster on the front. I put a head piece and base section on either side as walls. I bought some “realtor signs” to put on each side. I can carry my buckets and two, 5 gallon containers to carry water, poles and a small toolbox for scrapers, blades, rubbers…etc I will have to get it out and take some pics…
Anyone know how to set up pay per view??? 
I will be your first customer if you mass produce Bucket H. Suggestion add 22 inch flat screen monitor on your cart
