I would charge $2500. Buy a 2nd pole and pay someone to help. You can bang that place out in 1 day with another guy. As far as the water, go out about 25 to 50ft from the building, start looking around the ground. You might find the water access out there. Also look around the garbage or back area and look on the ground. Often you can find the spicket on the groung under a square cap that has a WATER sign on it. Most of the time the people who own or work at the place don’t even know there are water outlets outside the building. It’s rare for a company to build a building without a water spicket outside. If you can get access to the basement, find the water pipes and walk them to the walls. Where they go through the building wall to the outside is where you can start looking. Many times they place this things in the ground and the grass grows over them. Hey KC sorry I forgot about your mail. I am just getting busy. I will try an get to it soon sorry man.
BTW keep in mind there are no frames on those panes so it should be a breeze to complete.
We do a similar style medical building 2x year, all with ladders 4 of us 12 hrs, I charge $1357, but am thinking of raising price this year to $1500, theres a lot of 40’ ladder work on side because of how land is escavated. With a wfp how do you scrape or remove water stains? Not possible?
