I’m not even near you guys in the country and theres a cluster of homes out here in so cal that have those. Im used to pellas, any day, no problem, this type, ugh! I was not not prepared ages ago when I did one of those homes, not only are you on a ladder taking the outer pane off, after all the clips crumble as Chris said, but the stupid little metal wrap around frames on the 4 glass sides were all falling off! and as i was bringing back up ladder! the worst design ever!
refused to service those homes ever again, that was a nightmare
give me old school Pella interiors with suction cups and the frame gasket stuck to new paint any day over that mess of exterior storm style!
