How often and who cleans your personal residents

I was cleaning my windows yesterday and just wondering how often everyone else cleans theyre own windows and who cleans them.

Me I clean mine about 3-4 times a year. I clean them myself. If i had a big house I would have my employees do it I think. I dont know what it is but I like cleaning other peoples windows for money, it is really nice having clean windows. I still appreciate the uninhibited view of our ocean. This could be a good poll.

Some windows get cleaned every three or four months. Other window (windows that small children can get to) are cleaned every two weeks.

And they are still filthy most of the time. Sometimes I don’t even finish cleaning them before my kids are in the windows making them filthy again.

I just look at it as a constant refresher course on how to remove Crayons, food, Playdough and various other things that toddlers have access to.

They keep Dada on top of his game.

You know it still amazes me how fast a little one can destroy the work you just did. Kids are so great in so many ways, but def not ones to care about your hard work on windows.

Yeah it sucks when it’s your windows, but when it’s the customers… Hehehe, just another reason to schedule again soon;)

I have a friend whos windows I clean for free (he’s gotten me over 10 referrals) and no matter what I always bring my squeegee. His sliders are always SOOOOOO dirty. Crayon, greasy, snot you name it, it’s on there!

Yeah I know what you mean. I always love the full face marks left behind after they stick their face to the glass with their noses all mashed up and the giant circle left by their mouth from when they were puffing their cheeks out like a sucker fish on a fish tank…good times;)

I clean ours every other month or so, with additional cleaning before events or guests staying from out-of-town.

Screens and tracks and two skylights with screens a couple times a year. Gutters Spring and Fall.

Good for you man, way to not be that “plumber with a leaky sink”. Yesterday was the first time i cleaned my sliders in a while but, its so hard in a wheelchair because it’s super tight access and i have to pole. Wagtail performed great though. Imi actually a bit of a slob, but I keep up on the windows pretty good.

Exterior about 4 times a year. (WFP about an hour total.) Interior twice a year.

I can`t stand a speck on my windows. Everything, including tracks and sills get it good every month. My entrance, every Friday as I walk in the door for the last time. I now do several places right along my street because my neighbors see me out there so often!

Fish cleaned mine last.

clean my lowers about 1 time a month do the whole house every year .

all of my neighbors, friends and family knows what i do, i’m proud of what i do. so the windows they can see (first floor) are spotless. all of the time. if i see anything on it, its time to clean.

the windows that they cant see (the second floor) are done when the woman cant stand the way they look anymore. and then i let her nag me for a week or two. then i do them.

when i had carpets in my house it was the same. living room was spotless, could care less about the bedrooms

spying on them?
checking their quality?
price?

I’m like the plumber with the leaky sink, the cobbler whose kids have holes in their shoes…My wife has been known to put on her to do list, “Hire a window cleaner”. Some get it 3 times a year, others only once sadly.

Sometimes I know my windows are dirty… I see them and just think " I do not feel like looking at a squeegee right now" lol. I know that if I had a larger home I would hire my guys on to do it.

We do ours usually about twice a year or more if needed ,with the two hounds tho there is always
nose marks and slobbery spots…lol ,but i do the insides many more times everytime i modify or make something new outta the tools

Every couple of months ext. Interior some as needed, my 15 month old can do some major damage!
Otherwise interior is twice a year. My house is only 1300 2 ft so I can wfp in 15 min. In fact stating this has moved me to go do mine now. No joke!
