I guess it depends
Leaves fall bout once a year so I’m sure most would be yearly gutter cleaning.
When I lived on the coast I had quarterly window cleanings due to the salty air.
Moving back to central tejas I have my yearly " spring cleaners" and " holiday cleanings".
And I have a few that just like clean windows and do it every six months.
For me I have found trying to talk/sell more window cleanin services is hard.
I just listen to WHY they are getting their windows cleaned ( believe me they will tell you without much prodding) and make adjustments to my soft sell.
I have found that once I sell a back end to them ( softwash, carpet cleaning, ect) it’s easyer to get them to agree to window cleaning.
I always get a email address to send a Hello note

50% are twice a year windows and twice a year power washing and then before the summer I do their summer homes-so 50% are really 3x a year. And the other 50% of my business is once a year. I just started doing gutters so ill let you know how that goes when the seasons over.
my residential customers are usually quarterly or every 6 months. some like it clean and some don’t want them dirty (if that makes any sense) I also have a lot of customers in areas that are developing a lot right now so they want me out every quarter until it slows down…
Huh. Oddly enough,my ‘average’ residential in no way reflects any customer I have…
Statisically, I average about bi-monthly. (I dont think I even have a bimonthly cusomer)
The number is skewed because I have a batch of monthys from April thru Oct.
Then I have a pile of quarterly, also some “spring, summer and fall.”
This is all wrapped up with monthly-year 'round customers.

EDIT[/B]: oops, I just looked… I DO have 3 bi-monthly residential accounts
