How to clean windows off of steep sloped roofs

i have encountered a 6x7 round top sun window that is located approx. 10 feet above a steep sloped roof eve. All i have is ladders and a ladder stand off. the eves are almost to steep to stand on and extend far enough out that the window cannot be accessed from the ground using a ladder.

Has anyone out there encountered this same problem? and can you use an extension pole to squeegee a round top window of this size and get a quaility result?

Can u post any pics? Hard to advise without seeing it

Without seeing it, I would say that your best bet is to use an Unger Swivel Lok Zero Degree squeegee. The circular windows can be done with the zero degree, but only if they are not too high above you. If they higher, a wagatil works better IMO.

If you have an angle arm, your wagtail can work like a zero degree.

This all depends on how dirty it is and also whats surrounding it … i do things like this on a weekly basis… if the thing your cleaning is stable enough and Wfp can be used i would WFP it … now depending on how the water drips after wards depends on what type of frame your cleaning… you could wfp it ( with ecover ) good rinse and hope its dries sport free. any spotting afterwards could be then touched up with a Pole and ledger squeegee…if you have other work on this job. you could clean one tier ( top row ) allow for dripping time… come back and do the second third and fourth etc at intervals… there is more than one way of skinning a cat . it all depends on how dirty how much money and how fussy the customer is .

To be honest though i normally get a ladder up there and do it trad because sloping glass does not
work the same as vertical windows… but where theres a will there ´s a way
