Hi, im just starting and I would like to know how to offer my services to chains and coporates. is ir better through a National Contractor? is there a “most popular” one? I am based in Houston, Texas. I would really appreciate any tips and guide!

Be professional, like it was said above a lot of door knocking and handing out cards , but I think the key is following up. When you just hand out one card or stop in and talk to somebody what if the right person wasn’t there or the card never reached the right person. So follow up, we keep a log of where and when we canvas so that we have accurate information to work with when we follow up. Hope this helps.

Follow up is very important in gaining new clients it helps bring up your customer count dramatically.
In regards to follow up, definitely need a crm. Don’t do notepad, word, etc. There are some free basic crm’s that will do what you need. But use a crm.
The above point about CRM… I use “Badger” and it is a web based CRM that you can down load the app via iOS or android.
Very easy to build accounts, make notes, follow ups, change over to closed accounts, build routes etc…
