KC- You should follow Juggernaughts’ advice, call them up and let them know you gave them the wrong bid, that your notes were off (its not a lie, it is correct) but do not call and say you made a mistake or you messed up!!! You dont want to use a negative when you are on the phone. You still can get this job, but you should actually call and talk to the person in charge of deciding on the bid. Not to ask prices on the other bids but put your company in her mind with a good thought. I hope that makes sense. It may not work at all, but it will keep your brand on her mind hopefully. Even if you dont get this bid, get her or him a cool gift for the office that has your logo and info that is nice enough to have on their desk, and thank them for thinking of your company.
Then, call every 5 months to see how the cleaning is going…in fact you may want to wait till the 3rd cleaning and call.
