I’d really love to land some larger gutter cleaning jobs for HOAs and townhouse complexes this fall. I know its a lower linear foot rate you’re able to charge but the size of the potential invoice is definitely hard to pass up. I’m comfortable with how to price them but unsure on how to properly make a proposal that will catch their attention.
Any advice on how you’ve approached this in the past? Calling the manager? Mailing a paper proposal package? An email proposal package? Maybe a combination of these?
It can be tough to get by gate keepers for some of the managers who are very busy so I’m unsure what the best method would be. Thanks in advance for your input!
