How would you clean this?

What a nightmare, some of these need washed, some need scraped and some had streaking not hard water but needed bio clean to come off. Any suggestions? I’m a pro and am actually stumped

No idea but interested in answers. A nearby resort has a similar “patio railing” on some of their windows. The windows have screens too, it just seemed super odd.

I’ve told many property managers and administrators that it’s just the fact of life that these days some designs just make absolutely no sense. Some dirty windows’ best chance to achieving clean is having some soap sprayed on them followed by some pure water.

I would dip steel wool in soap and scrub through every few squares and then rinse with the wfp while on a man lift, I’d even scrape paint by diagonally putting my razor through the squares. It takes forever and was hoping for a better way.

Any chemical stuff I can spray and then rinse with the waterfed pole? Alcohol, essential oils, vinegar anything that will eat stuff away then rinse?

Swivel pad with bronze wool and simple green on a pole with wfp rinse? How much clearance at the top do you have? I can tell if the railing is flush or if you have a few inches.

Edit. It looks flush. I’m guessing reach through.

White vinegar can help with hard water spotting, but what you suggested is what I would try.
