Appreciate the video for starters. Honestly though I wouldve requested payment for the 2nd cleaning then been done with them. I get not wanting to deal with those fools from eveything I heard but the owners beef should have been with the lady who hired you not you making there place look good
I watched this and my situation is the reverse of Joe’s. Did a nail salon and the owner was super happy to have me there cleaning windows every month. Yet when I talked to one of the the employees at an inopportune time to do the job they were super resentful of me and my service and basically told me to f-off. I went back and did it only after the owner had called and requested my service again. So protip, deal with the owner only and everytime no matter what, that way no loose strings are attached.
And the moral of the story is: Always ask to speak the person who is in charge, and don’t give out free cleans, if you want to give them a demo pick 2 dirty windows side by side clean 1 of them in and out so they can see how dirty their windows really are, the give them the price they will likely not want to leave the windows looking dirty next to a clean window, so you will get paid for the 1st service then on your service agreement , state that if they do skip a clean written notice is required. none of this running out when you get their saying “oh don’t worry about them this week”.
Also, say no to PCP.
