I have a pricing dilemma in Los Angeles

I am licensed and insured and am having trouble determining prices.
Have been working in residential and have not had too many people say no, but recently people have been saying they have people that can do it for a fraction of what I quoted.
My pricing is as follows.
Medium pane-$5 (double hung would be 2 Panes)
Large Pane- $7.5
XL Pane- $10
Screens- $5
Screen Removal-$2.5
Solar Panels- $8

I think your prices are fine as long as it’s working for you. There will always be someone who’ll do it cheaper. Don’t let that deter you from charging what you need to have a successful business. People will always get what they “pay for”

Well, it is almost August so the demand is lower.

If you think your prices are high, call a few of your local competitors, I’m sure they’re higher :sunglasses:
