But! I always note the $50 off same day multi service discount so there is some perceived savings

The customer got a quote for 500 to do everything. I wasn’t sure if it was just me but that felt ridiculous for a house this big.
60-65 windows (transoms are like halfies and kinda included in the window below it price just for ease of adding) isn’t going to be cheap.
I would do exterior only for $500, that would be reasonable
i don’t do gutters anymore, i can only see 2 sides, i assume those are fake frenchies…looks like 1 guy 1.5 maybe 2 hrs $350.

I didn’t get it - someone offered to do it all for 500. The customer was surprised we wanted 750 for everything. I can see 350 for gutters though only sure…Think I over priced a little more on gutters since I wasn’t sure how bad they would be.
I don’t mind losing the bid, I just want to make sure I’m not going crazy in thinking this is underpriced at 500 for exterior windows and gutters

Unfortunately there’s companies out there with the ‘ I just want to keep my guys busy ‘ mentality. Or some new guy that thinks , no one will ever pay little ole me over $500 for a job 
Man. I’m at $380 for that house for an initial exterior only job. I must be doing something wrong.

$20 x how many hours it would take for them to do it themself. 
They should’ve gone with the guy quoting $500 for it all. That’s a deal if they clean well.
Exterior only, from what I can see would be around $800
Gutter cleaning, though we have dropped the service, would probably be another $400 or so

It looks to me like they are inside the glass so I wasn’t worried about that.
We use a waterfed system.
Just to be clear they are doing this job for 500 for BOTH exterior windows and gutters. I get that people are cheap but the owner was thinking we’re unreasonable. Low ballers really ruin it for everyone.
Yeah that’s probably where the real number is at. We use a wfp system and can have this done quicker than manual so I thought 350 for just exterior windows was very cheap. Gutters I think I said 420.
Yeah I hear you… I respect that everyone is trying to provide for themselves. I’m actually frustrated at the homeowner. this beautiful property at the end of the day is going to have a guy in a 2002 toyota pull up with a ladder on his roof and a homedepot squeegee in his trunk to do the job… and the owner calls us ‘equal’. You can’t possibly compared a company to a one man show.
She said she couldn’t ‘justify’ spending more for the ‘same’ service.
