WCR’s store has recently switched servers which has been causing a few errors, or odd behavior while checking out and in general throughout the store. This is caused because you’re trying to receive information from the old store (server) which no longer exists. In order to alleviate these problems, we ask that you clear your cache on your web browsers. Here are a list of instructions from the following web browsers: Internet Explorer, FireFox, and Safari.
[B]How To clear your cache in Internet Explorer:[/B]
On the Internet Explorer 6 Tools menu, click Internet Options. The Internet Options box should open to the General tab.
On the General tab, in the [I]Temporary Internet Files section[/I], click the Delete Files button. This will delete all the files that are currently stored in your cache.
Click OK, and then click OK again.
How to clear the Cache in Mozilla FireFox[/B]
(1) On the Mozilla FireFox toolbar hit Tools and go to Options.
(2) A box should open with 7 tabs on top. Click on the Advanced tab.
(3) In the Advanced tab click on Network.
(4) Hit Clear Now. This will delete all the files that are currently stored in your cache.
[B]How To Clear Your Cache in Safari[/B]
(1) From the Safari menu, click Empty Cache.
(2) When asked Are you sure you want to empty the cache?, click Empty.

I just logged in, added some items to my cart, and got ALL THE WAY TO CHECKOUT without them disappearing! Woohoo!
Haven’t been able to use the store on either of my computers for what seems like forever… (6 weeks I think) so glad to see it’s working again. Stephanie & Alex made it easy to order via email and phone, but I still prefer the net. It was annoying me to death, I can’t imagine how ticked Alex and Chris were.
Congrats, gentlemen. Surely I wasn’t the only one with this problem. Now to spend some money!
Not sure where to put this. Was in the store and had typed in Unger on the search, it said there were 147 items but only shows 90 and no button/arrow to click to see the remaining 57 items. My cache is clear in case that matters. - Jesse
