Adding a grocery store?

I’m strictly residential. Not because I refuse to do storefronts or commercial, mind you, it is only because there is not much of that in my region. Until now. Got a call from a new grocery store, a nice one, and they want a quote tomorrow. Might be a one shot deal, but could be seasonal or monthly… Any ideas on how to charge? If I figured it out using my rez pricing it be around $300.00, enough to stop the heart of any Food Mart Type Manager…
