Mark, that is truly AMAZING!!! I’d like to find out what that guy takes for pain and also what supplements (if any) he takes for joint and tendon maintenance.
That’s got to be an extreme wear & tear on the human body. Surely he’s taking supplements to keep his joints in top shape and to help prevent injury. I bet he’s got a stretching routine that won’t quit. He probably has a strict diet too.
