I havent had any problems with my IPC Hydrotube since my first wfp job about six months ago. It is so easy to use and is such a quality product. My area has 80-85 psi from the water source and Ive gone up to 3.5 residential stories with no problem. However, I just wanted to say that this new pump looks amazing! Not if, but when, I invest in equipment thatll allow me to reach higher I will seriously consider this pump. Has anyone used this yet? Im interested in the quality and usability.
not sure why its priced so high, a lot of the equipment for wfp cleaning is pretty high and rightfully so, this is a niche market,
but the problem i find is that this technology does not enable us to break into a new market or add a new service, it doesnt allow us to double our rates, cleaning windows is cleaning windows
It only allows our job to become easier and safer. its worth it from that stand point, but usually in the construction industry when someone invests in a $5,000 dollar piece of equipment it means that they get to add an additional service that’ll potentially triple their daily income.
but this pump is a honda motor that cant be more then $200, and the pump itself cant cost more then $50 to manufacture.
for $1,000 I can go to the local hadware store and get a power washer 10 times more powerful and still have $200 left over in my pocket.
