Well that sucks. I used mine for a few days and never had a single problem at all. Guess it just depends on the BT device your using as to wether it will work well or not.
I use the headphones from apple that come with the phone. Run the cord under my shirt. The sound quality is unmatched by any Bluetooth

Well yah, when you run a wire…the whole idea behind Bluetooth is “wireless”…between the devices I have tried 3-4 and what I read online that others are using, Im not too sure any work perfectly…faulty phone. I just hope the fix it with the 5
