Okay, as I type on March 7th, 2011 business is finally picking up. How about everyone else are you booked up yet for March and April or further?
I imagine those of you who offer gutter protection have been very busy this year given the horrible weather we have had, least here in the cold parts of the country where we don’t have the luxury of putting up Christmas Lights in 60 degree weather.

Haven’t started yet, but I’m basically booked up with residential March 21st through June 1st. I have about 8 days floating around in there yet to book. That’s with the Ohio company. We don’t have much booked in Tennessee yet.
Phone is ringing. We ran an ad in a H.O.A. circular for power washing vinyl siding. Platinum package, reg $500.00, on sale thru May 15th for $389.00. Sold six so far in less than a week. The R.O.I. on that little circular kills it every year. Window cleaning estimates are still a little slow but we will be doing a direct mailing of 12,500 pc’s of the Early Bird post card to be mailed the 3rd week of March. I feel optimistic and look forward to a great year. I wish you all a great year as well.
Yes! Finally!! Did 10 jobs today, 12 scheduled tomorrow. So far picked up 3 new commercial jobs. Early start in the year for us too.
Man! Wish I could say the same. Business is picking up but nothing like you guys. Must be nice.
Phones ringing, outbound calls are happening… Schedule is finally starting to fill up. Mailer go out in a week or 2 then its on!

Yeah. Well not much. Doing the Bartering thing. Website. I have plans to do direct mail but I just need to go do it. Working a full time job plus doing this. Pretty streched right now. Seems like I’m working everyday. Try to keep Sundays for the fam.
Thing are picking up here too!! Already done some residential this month and last month, More scheduled for tthis month, Seems like we have been getting hit with storm windows lately.

Very slowly getting jobs for April and May. Only a few in March and that’s from my calling out. It looks like my job tomorrow due to garbagy weather will have to be put off till next week.
Slow in our area, because of weather, The phone is ringing, mostly all of our monthly houses calling to set up thier summers and falls. We have a home show in 2 weeks and we are trying to get off our direct mailer.
Getting random calls again, which is nice. Have to get used to answering my cell with “Triple C, can I help you?” instead of “Yo” again. Web traffic is up about 50% this week, I think its people pre-shopping, the weather has been pretty craptastic here for the last week or so Polishing the design and ordering 3 separate fliers today, 4k will go in 2 separate local newspapers, 500 x2 are hyper-localized to certain communities and will get hand delivered. Have enough jobs scheduled for the next 2 weeks to keep me happy while i finish off my office work. My 3rd website, this one very localized, launches on Monday, might take a trip up to see Chris n Alex in a week or 2 and stock up a bit…
Things are lookin pretty darn good 
Haven’t started here in Northeastern Ohio yet, we are getting 6-12 inches of snow again tonight and tomorrow. That darn global warming, haha
I think the economy must be improving somewhat because I am getting a lot of calls. However, everyone is still concerned about the bottom line. People are willing to spend a little money on window cleaning, but they are still concerned about getting a good deal.
