Is there a market for gutter cleaning in Az

Just curious about this add on service I don’t see alot of gutters in Arizona b/c there are many flat roofs and less foilage in the desert. are there any Arizonan window cleaners who provde this service?

Snap - we don’t have many either - perhaps it’s a hot climate thing?

I have it as an add-on but here in New Mexico we are about the same as AZ. not many but never hurts to have it.

Scott Did you ever get my reply that I’m from Albuquerque … never got into cleaning windows til I moved away from New Mexico. I was there in November for a wedding … I can’t believe how its grown. GP

It has grown big time and just getting bigger. Not sure if you checked out Rio Rancho. That area has got huge! Just this month in the paper there was a story about how the city plans on building a freeway all the way around the city. Who would have thought? Like New Mexico needs more orange barrels.

I used to travel to Rio Rancho on business 4-6 times a year. It always had a small-town feel to me…

The casino’s have helped the cities grow. Rio Rancho now has a pretty large event center and hockey stadium. not to mention that the city is starting to combine into bernallio county. Intel will be renovating their plant and increasing that in size. It feels small but is growing like a virus. I used to call it Rio Rathole.

Intel will invest $7B in the 32 nanometer manufacturing process, upgrading fab locations in NM, AZ, and OR.

BTW, Intel was my destination for those RR visits.

That place is a trip. I used to work there but I couldn’t stand being in a clean room for all day.

In what capacity did you visit Intel?? Like your reason for being there?

Rio rancho and Albuquerque are trying their best to transform into " modern cities"… And in the mean time destroying part of our beautiful landscape( Petroglyph areas, extinct volcanoes,) and spending obsene amounts of money on red light cameras and dwi enforcement. Abq/rio rancho has changed drastically in the past 5 years, not necessarily for the better. Say hello to the new Phoenix( no offense to men, women, or animals who live in arizona).
It is, I must admit, good for business tho. Just not sure if that’s the most important thing in the world.

I worked for Intel, managing a physical operation with ~60 employees in over ten states and Puerto Rico and Costa Rica.

We provided asset (PCs, laptops, monitors, servers, etc.) and order (new employees first-day support, upgrades for mobility, landing equipment in server rooms and data centers, etc.) management, software and hardware repair, and executive staff support.

All IT-owned computing assets came through my business group. I provided strategic and day-to-day planning for all campuses in The Americas (~60K employees), as well as greenfield and merger and acquisition sites.
