Ive had issues with 4 of my 5 orders from Shopwindowcleaningresource.com

So when they partnered with a supplier who I will not mention on the west coast (California). I think I had to ship the package back 3 or 4 times because they sent the wrong pole every time!. By the end of it, I ordered a 4 section pole, and got a 3 section and ended up working with it because I was tired dealing with all of it. It seems like I’ve had other stuff forgotten or messed up, but it was a couple of years ago when I ordered stuff. So I’m guessing they’ve got the kinks worked out. It’s tough working with other manufacturing companies especially the one they partnered with on the west coast, because I’ve never had a positive experience with the company over here on the west coast.

I’ll trade you a $10 for a $20

I have “issues” with every supplier. No one gets it right 100% Not even Amazon. I had two Amazon orders recently (a motorcycle helmet and some hot tub parts) that just disappeared into thin air and I had to request refunds. It’s just a minor inconvenience. Have enough back up inventory that you aren’t desperate when you order and it’s less of a hassle if it gets back ordered or left out.
